Croatian company Rimac presented at the motor show in Frankfurt in 2011 its first product – electric supercar Concept_One, which boasts a very power and dynamic performance.
The car is based on an aluminum frame, on which hung the body panels from carbon fiber. The movement of Rimac Concept_One lead four independent electric motors – one for each wheel.
The total output of motor hp 1088, their peak torque reaches to 3790 Nm. This allows the supercar weighing 1 650 kg to gain a hundred places in just 2.8 seconds and accelerate to 305 km/h.
For electric power meets a set of batteries, established on the basis of lithium ferrofosfata. Their full charge, according to the manufacturer, should be enough for 600 kilometers, and the charging time is not specified.
At the last event in Monaco Top Marques Monaco 2012 representatives of Rimac Automobile announced the price of its supercar – Rimac Concept_One price is 749,000 euros (990,000 dollars) is scheduled to release a total of only 88 copies.
