In early 2012, the Swedish automaker Volvo introduced a five-door V40 hatchback, which now got a sports package R-Design. It is noteworthy that this package can be set to any modification of the model – from the most modest modification to the base a top hatch with 254-horsepower turbo-engine. Externally, the Volvo V40 R-Design can be easily identified by an aerodynamic body kit with a more aggressive front bumper, rear diffuser and two round branch pipes of the exhaust system. The kit also includes a unique five-spoke wheels available diameter of 17 and 18 inches. In addition, only the hatchback with the R-Design package customers can order the color of the body color Rebel Blue (pictured). And completes the exterior changes down to 10 mm optional recalibrated suspension with different springs and dampers and a thicker stabilizer bar. No changes to the configuration of power units when ordering a package is not possible. The cost of the kit R-Design for the V40 is not reported.
