Hatchback Yaris production version of the new generation Toyota brought to Geneva. Warm interest in the new product the Japanese decided by a stylish concept Yaris HSD Concept. The car flaunts aerodynamic contours of the body, a massive grille, LED optics, rear spoiler, larger 18-inch wheels, and a roof made of solar panels that can provide power to the entire air conditioning system. As the name suggests, is set in motion concept hybrid Hybrid Synergy Drive (HSD), but its specification is not published. Perhaps this is the same system that is used in the Prius hybrid, as well as the Auris HSD. If this is true, it means that under the hood of a hybrid Yaris is located 98-horsepower four-cylinder gasoline engine 1.8-liter, working together with a 80-horsepower electric motor. The production version of the new Toyota Yaris will reach the European market in the second half of next year.
