By the Tokyo Motor Show Mitsubishi has produced three concepts

To home in Tokyo Motor Show 2013, which will open on November 23, Mitsubishi produced three concept car, which, according to the manufacturer’s representatives, demonstrating the direction of future models. The first concept is a big SUV Mitsubishi GC-PHEV (GC abbreviation Grand Cruiser), which may serve as a basis for the new Pajero 5 generations. The car is equipped with a hybrid power plant, which consists of a 3.0-liter V6 with a mechanical compressor, electric motor, battery and high-capacity 8-band automatic. Mitsubishi GC-PHEV The second concept Mitsubishi XR-PHEV (XR – Cross Runner), as the name suggests, as a hybrid, but it is a compact crossover, which, according to the creators, is to give pleasure to drive. It is equipped with 1.1-liter turbo engine with direct fuel injection, electric motor and battery set. Finally, the third prototype called Mitsubishi Concept AR (AR – Active Runabout) shows a mix of terrain SUV and minivan capacity. It is equipped with a turbocharged engine, the same MIVEC, as the model XR-PHEV, but the motor is already not available.
