At the show SEMA 2017 presented the oil car AMC Javelin AMX

Atelier Ringbrothers and Prestone presented their joint project – a modified version of the 1972 AMC Javelin AMX oil car. Presentation of the model, called Defiant, took place on the tuning show SEMA 2017. Tuners increased the wheelbase of the car by 165 mm, while the two-door got carbon front wings, a bonnet, a radiator grille and some elements of the body kit. The coupe was also equipped with new bumpers and tail lights. Changes were also made to the decorative finish of the exterior, and the wheels were installed 20-inch HRE wheels with brake system from Baer. As for the salon, there were new seats and a dashboard, which retained the retro-style. In the presence of the modification there is a sound system from Kicker. In the motion rear-wheel drive Defiant leads the 6.2-liter engine Hellcat V8, which additionally equipped with a 4.5-liter compressor. The car also received a Holley Dominator fuel system and a Flowmaster. As a result of these changes, the output of the engine, which works in conjunction with the Bowler, can reach an impressive 1,036 hp.
