Saab 9-5 SportCombi debut in Geneva 2011

At the Geneva Motor Show, Saab introduced the station wagon based on the model 9-5, called the SportCombi. New works on exterior new chief designer of the Swedish company – Jason Kastriot (Jason Castriota).
Among the main features of the Saab 9-5 SportCombi is a rear window, which is arranged in such a way as to create the impression of his integrity with the rear side windows and rear light, borrowed from the crossover Saab 9-4X.
Official information about powertrain wagon Saab 9-5 is not reported, but it is expected that the novelty will receive the same engines that are installed on the sedan. Among them – the 220-horsepower turbo four-cylinder 2.0-liter, more powerful “turbo” volume of 2.8 liters capacity of 300 hp and 2.0-liter diesel engine, issuing 160 “horses”.
Optionally available is a proprietary XWD all-wheel drive and adaptive chassis. In America, sales of new products start in the fall, the price has not been announced.
Also in Geneva, the Swedes presented a line of updated models at once 9-3 in all three body styles: sedan, wagon and convertible. About the new Saab 9-3, we have already talked in detail at the end of February.
