Results GP India 2011 – the victory of Vettel

The winner of the first ever Grand Prix of India in the World Cup races in Formula 1 was the reigning champion Sebastian Vettel, who not only won a landslide victory, but also won the Grand Slam: having started from pole position, he led from start to finish, and also showed the best lap in the race. The pilot of McLaren again converged in a contact fight with Felipe Massa, however, this time the stewards blamed on the Brazilian, who after a free passage through the pit lane soon fizzled out, and again because of the broken suspension, damaging it just as well as in qualifications, only this time with the other hand. Jaime spent quite a strong race, finishing eighth, while his team-mate – Sebastien Buemi, who also had a good chance to score points today, not lucky – in his Toro Rosso could not stand the motor. Closed the eyeglass ten Adrian Sutil (9th place) and Sergio Perez (10th place), but Vitaly Petrov to points not reached quite a bit.
