The prototype of the new Mitsubishi Colt will show in Geneva 2011

On the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in 2011, Mitsubishi introduced a compact concept Concept Global Small, which is an eighth-generation model Colt. As we reported earlier, the new product will be produced at the new plant in Thailand since 2012.
The Japanese manufacturer has provided the first images of its concept in the five-door version, which features a well thought-out aerodynamics, its effectiveness in the serial car, would reduce fuel consumption.
Details about the project Concept Global Small is not reported, but it is known that the serial car will install 1.0 and 1.2-liter engines, equipped with Brake Energy Regeneration and the system of “start/stop”.
They will be aggregated with either a manual or a new variator. The company also hinted that Mitsubishi Colt/Mirage new generation will be able to boast of a spacious cabin with the possibility to take on board five people.
