Nissan presented the sport prototype racing GT-R LM Nismo

Nissan has returned to the endurance race with the new sports prototype GT-R LM Nismo, built motorsport company. The manufacturer will participate in the WEC championship season of 2015, as well as in the daily marathon “24 hours of Le Mans”.
The last time Nissan took part in the Le Mans in 1999, and a return to the long race was announced in May 2014. Even then, the Japanese have hinted that they will go on a somewhat different way than their rivals from Audi, Porsche and Toyota. And now it became clear what exactly is the difference.
If all cars listed manufacturers have a central location DVS with traction on the rear axle and hook the front by an electric motor, the new Nissan GT-R LM Nismo gasoline engine located in the front and the time it sends on the front axle wheels (via a five-speed sequential transmission and slip differential hydraulic drive).
Although the engine is located in front of the large car length (from nose to tail 4645 mm, width – 1900, height – 1030, weight – 800 kg), it is still within the database. The front wheels on the GT-R LM Nismo made wider than the rear, because they account for about 1 250 hp power.
