Mercedes has brought to Geneva the “charged” version of the wagon on the basis of the updated C-Class – Mercedes-benz C63 AMG Estate, which flaunts an aggressive front bumper with splitter, new optics, grille with a single horizontal rib and the 18-inch alloy wheels in black.
Inside the new Mercedes-benz C63 AMG boasts improved materials, finishes, two-tone leather seats, Alcantara inserts on the steering wheel, a new instrument panel and console painted in black piano lacquer and carbon fiber insert.
The engine remains the same – a 6.3-liter “eight” power of 451 hp (600 Nm), is mounted in tandem with the new 7-speed transmission SpeedShift MCT. This allows you to overclock the C63 AMG sedan from zero to hundred in 4.5 seconds (4.6 – for the wagon), and top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
And with the package AMG Performance Package, available at an extra charge, increasing engine output to 480 “horses”, allowing you to reduce the time to sprint to a hundred to 4.4 seconds – for the sedan and 4.5 – for the wagon.
European sales of new items will start in July at a price of 71,340 euros in Germany.
