Maserati Levante GTS will equip the engine from Ferrari

The announcement of the “charged” crossover Maserati Levante performed by GTS was held in 2016, and in November 2017, information appeared that such a modification would receive a Ferrari engine. Officially, the image of the “charged” Maserati Levante GTS was not disclosed, but in spy photos it is seen that the all-terrain vehicle has increased air intakes, while the film on the hood is likely designed to hide the presence of air vents. The rear bumper of the model remained the same, but the Italians changed the diffuser and installed other exhaust pipe connections. Also note that the GTS-version is delivered on 21-inch wheels. In the interior of the modification there are bright accents and branded badges. It is possible that the interior also received decorative inserts of carbon. According to rumors, in the movement of the Maserati Levante GTS 2018 leads 3.8-liter “eight” Ferrari F154 with two turbines. This engine develops at least 530 hp. and 710 Nm, so you can safely assume that when dispersing from a place to a hundred, the all-terrain vehicle will be able to fit in less than 5.0 seconds. Among other features of the GTS-version of the Italian crossover, it is worth noting the reconfigured suspension and transmission, as well as optimized steering. Officially, the Maserati Levante GTS will be unveiled at the January Auto Show in Detroit 2018. Car sales are scheduled for the first half of the same year, and competitors include Jaguar F-Pace SVR, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Range Rover Velar SVR. Information on prices yet.
