In an interview with motoring magazine Auto Express CEO Lotus – Dany Bahar (Dany Bahar) said that in the autumn the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011, visitors will an updated sports car Lotus Evora. Details about the new product is limited, we only know that the car will get 147 different variations, compared to the current model, the bulk of which is aimed at improving quality. It is expected that the updated Lotus Evora will get upgraded or completely new transmission, sports exhaust system and a high-quality interior trim. As for the engines, it is assumed that the Evora gets a new 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 rated at 400 hp, and over the next couple of years, it is possible the emergence of a hybrid version sportcar, power plant which will combine the 1.2-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine and two electric motors capable of providing acceleration from zero to hundred in 4.4 seconds at level of CO2 into the atmosphere at a level of 55 g/km.
