Hybrid SUV Range Rover Sport P400e

Off-road car Range Rover Sport 2 after restyling received a new modification called P400e, which is equipped with a hybrid power plant with the ability to recharge batteries from household electricity. Note that in the company’s lineup, the Land Rover is the first SUV capable of traveling on electric traction. Outside, the Range Rover Sport P400e can be distinguished from the normal version of the model by a redesigned front bumper, a slightly different grille, and a laser headlamp head light. In the interior of the all-terrain vehicle there was a new multimedia Touch Pro Duo with two 10.0-inch touchscreens. The P400e hybrid system consists of a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a power of 300 hp, a 116-horsepower electric motor that is integrated into a single unit with an eight-band ZF, as well as a set of 13.1 kWh lithium-ion batteries. The latter were located under the trunk floor. The total output of this “filling” reaches 404 hp. (640 Nm), which allows the hybrid Range Rover Sport PHEV to accelerate from zero to hundreds in 6.7 seconds. The maximum speed is declared at 220 km / h. In fully electric mode, the car is able to overcome up to 51 km, while fully charging the batteries from the household network will take 7.5 hours, and from the special station – 2.75 hours. The launch of the new RRS P400e is scheduled for early 2018, but to Russia this version is not planned to be supplied, there is no information on the price.
