The Germans presented in Beijing Concept Audi TT Offroad

It was expected that at the Beijing Motor Show 2014 manufacturer from Ingolstadt will present the SUV Audi Q4, but in fact shown in China crossover called TT Offroad Concept. The company decided to cross the image of the new Audi TT third-generation capabilities and versatile off-road vehicle. This results in a five-door car, similar in size to the model Q3, but flaunting Light and grille like a sports coupe, mentioned above. The length of the Audi TT Offroad Concept is 4390 mm (size of the wheelbase – 2630), width – 1850, height – 1 530 all-terrain look of the model form the extended wheel arches, big wheels and protective plastic kit on the perimeter of the body. Inside, a prototype is already almost entirely copies the interior serial Audi TT in 2015 with a fully digital instrument panel. Behind are two separate folding seats, and the front headrests are fixed tablets. In the motion Offroad Audi TT concept results in a hybrid propulsion system consisting of a 2.0-liter gasoline turbo TFSI power of 292 hp and two electric motors. The first impact with the 54 hp and 220 Nm mounted between the engine and six-speed robotized transmission e-S tronic.The second is developing another 114 “horses” (270 Nm) and drives the wheels of the rear axle. From zero to hundreds Audi TT Offroad Concept accelerates in 5.2 seconds and a top speed limited to crossover to 250 km/h. The average fuel consumption in the combined cycle is declared at the level of just 1.9 liters per hundred km path (emissions of CO2 – 45 g/km). Initially, the company did not give a direct answer, whether the car will go into production, but at the beginning of 2015 it became known that the project has received the green light. This crossover will go on sale under the name TTQ, because the right to use the designation Q4 owned brand Alfa Romeo, and the Italians refused to share them.
