In December 2015 the French presented the first production version of the crossover-cabriolet Citroen E-Mehari, a concept that was shown in September at the Auto Show in Frankfurt. Sales of the model will start in spring 2016. At first the car will be available only in France, but in the next few months, market model will be significantly expanded.
The road version of the electric Citroen E-Mehari built on the platform of a compact convertible Bollore Bluesummer, which is collected in the French Rennes. Dimensions of new items will be 3810, 1870 and 1650 mm in length, width and height, respectively.
In terms of design focused on the French coupe Citroen C4 Cactus. They decided not to use the panel Airbump, and abandoned the front of the sofa with a common back in favor of two separate seats.
Citroen E-Mehari received a 69 hp electric motor, which “draws” energy from a lithium-polymer battery capacity of 30 kWh. With such “stuffing” crossover convertible can accelerate to 110 km/h, while its cruising range is 200 km. For pricing model yet.
