The new Ford Escape 2013 will debut in Los Angeles 2011

In the continuation of the idea of a unified concept for the whole world of their cars, Ford plans to introduce another model that was created using a design Kinetic 2. The car will receive a well-known name of the Escape and replace the right model – the namesake of the current American and European Ford Kuga 2. Design trends will in the style concept Vertrek, shown earlier this year in Detroit. The choice of customers will be offered three choices of petrol engines: two engines EcoBoost family of 1.6-liter and 2.0-liter and 2.5-liter Ti-VCT. The first two will replace the existing engine platform and hybrid gasoline V6. In turn, 1.6-liter engine will be the most economical gasoline-beating current Escape, whose fuel consumption is 9 liters per 100 km. All vehicles, regardless of the power plant, will be offered with front-wheel drive, and all four-wheel drive. Premiere of the new 2012 Ford Escape will be held at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2011, which will be held from 18 to 27 November this year.
