Fisker has declassified a new hybrid sedan Atlantic 2013

American automaker Fisker presented at the Auto Show in New York 2012 midsize sports sedan concept Atlantic, which is to become the first mass production model of the company. Externally, the Fisker Atlantic combines elements of the flagship model of Karma, and the precise dimensions of the concept has not yet announced. According to the creators, the car was close to the parameters Audi A5 Sportback. Among the interesting design solutions can be mentioned glass roof, an unusual form of the rear lights in the style of boomerangs, and hidden in the rack rear door handles. Photos of the interior Fisker Atlantic is not yet there. Technically, the new Fisker – a plug-in hybrid, which results in the movement of an electric motor powered by lithium-ion batteries. For recharging the past meets the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine from BMW. The basic version of the sedan is a rear-wheel drive, but you can order the optional all-wheel drive and modification. Detailed specifications of the hybrid are not announced. According to preliminary data, the price of Fisker Atlantic will be about $ 50,000, excluding tax breaks that could reduce the cost of up to 40,000 dollars. And this is more than two times less than asking for model Karma.
