The firm Daihatsu brought to Jakarta two concepts

At the motor show in Jakarta 2017, Daihatsu presented two prototypes at once. Both concepts have a DN index in the title and are executed in a similar style.
The first of these is called Daihatsu DN F-Sedan. In the profile of this four-door looks something like an electric car brand Tesla, while the model has LED lights and a fairly compact size. As for the interior, an unusual “two-storey” central console and contrast stitching are striking in the eyes.
In length, width and height, the prototype DN F-Sedan reaches 4,200, 1 695 and 1 430 mm, respectively, and its wheelbase is 2,510 mm. The sedan is driven by a 1.2-liter engine, which works in conjunction with a variator, developing about 90 hp.
The second concept was named Daihatsu DN Multisix and is a minivan with swing doors and a completely finished interior. In its interior with six separate armchairs and an even floor, there is a steering wheel instead of a rudder, and the role of traditional devices is played by a wide display.
The length of the DN Multisix reaches 4 310, with the distance between its axes being 2,620 mm. The width and height are 1 720 and 1 695 mm respectively, the ground clearance is 250 mm. Information about the technical stuffing of such a minivan yet. It can not be ruled out that at the exhibition in Jakarta the Japanese even brought a car without a power unit and running gear.
In Daihatsu plan to bring both prototypes to mass production. It is expected that the sedan and compact will be on sale in the Asian market in 2018-2019.
