In China, Infiniti M to get a version with an enlarged base

Company Infiniti unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show 2012 extended version of its sedan M Infiniti, which is available as a conventional gasoline “six”, and with a hybrid power plant.
To compete with the big German trio Audi, BMW and Mercedes in China, offering the local market its models with longer wheelbase, I decided to follow their example, and the Japanese automaker.
Stretched sedan Infiniti M LWB (long wheel-basemodel) was an increase of 150 mm (wheelbase increased to 3050 mm), and all of it went to the increase in space for feet of rear passengers.
Sales trends in China will begin this summer. Customers can order the modification M25L with a 2.5-liter V6 rated at 232 hp (250 Nm), or M35hL, combining a 3.5-liter 306-strong “six”, the electric motor 68 to return to power, a set of lithium-ion batteries and a seven-speed automatic.
