Champion of Champions 2011 was Sebastien Ogier

Twenty-third Race of Champions, which was held last Sunday in the German stadium Esprit Arena has determined the champion of champions 2011, which, like last year, became the debutant of these competitions – Frenchman Sebastien Ogier , who spoke in the past season in the WRC series for the factory team Citroen.
Ogier perfectly mastered with all provided at the Race of Champions and technology without any problems made it to the finals, where his rival was Dane Tom Kristensen. The latter for the finals had to fight with Michael Schumacher at the KTM X-Bow, and the fight went to the last meters of the race.
As a result, the seven-time world champion in Formula 1 has conceded just some hundredths of a second, but the rules are in the semifinals, the loser loses the right to continue. And just as deprived of the right to the continuation of his team-mate Schumacher for the German national team in the Nations Cup – two-time champion of Formula 1 Sebastian Vettel.
At the end of the struggle was to two victories, but Sebastien Ogier did not stretch the pleasure, winning both races against Tom Kristensen – first buggy ROC Car, and then on the Audi R8 LMS, which, in theory, much more suited to the Dane.
Thus, Ogier became the new Champion of Champions, proving that he is no worse than eightfold champion Sebastien Loeb Rally world champions who won the race three times.
If Saturday Acne in beautiful struggle managed to beat Michael Schumacher, that this time he lost to Vettel, Grosjean and Christensen. The latter, though, and won, two wins, the group still did not come out well.
