Following the presentation of a powerful version of the BMW 1-series M Coupe, the Bavarian manufacturer had a small facelift to the coupe and convertible E82 E88 of the first series. Externally restyled 1-Series can be recognized by the new front bumper with vertical slots for better aerodynamic efficiency, updated design wheels and LED taillights.

The interior changes and even less – can only note the improved upholstery materials, as well as M-sport steering wheel, which is only available to customers as an option. Motor lineup has not changed, the first update of the BMW 1-series in 2011 got the Americans. There the car comes in two variants: 128i with a three-liter inline six-cylinder engine capacity of 233 hp and the 135i with the same turbocharged engine gives out already 306 hp.

The debut of the updated Coupe and Cabrio BMW 1-series will be held in January at the Detroit Auto Show 2011.
