Aston Martin has released a photo of the new generation Vantage, which is expected to debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2017. While we see a car, the body of which is covered with camouflage film. Nevertheless, according to these pictures, we can conclude that Aston Martin Vantage 2018-2019 in the new body will outwardly be similar to the DB10 model. Recall that the latter was built specifically for filming in the feature film about Agent 007 (“Spectrum”). The circulation of DB10 was only ten copies – this car did not go into mass production. From a unique model to the new Aston Martin Vantage 2018 will get a similar narrow head optics, a wide grille of characteristic shape, a long hood, a rearward-shifted cabin and an aggressive rear bumper with a massive diffuser. It is expected that the supercar will be built on a shorter version of the aluminum platform, which is used on the older model of the Aston Martin DB11, and under the Vantage hood, the 4.0-liter V8 with two turbines from AMG will be built, developing about 500 horses. It will be combined as if paired with mechanics, and with a pre-selective robot with two clutches. Information about the date of the commencement of sales and the prices for the new Vantage is not yet available. Probably, the delivery of the first cars in the UK will not start before the spring of 2018.
