The AC Schnitzer have prepared a commemorative M240i modification

Tuners from AC Schnitzer have prepared for the March 2017 Geneva Motor Show modification ACL2S, which is based on the  M240i (BMW M2 Coupe) in honor of the 30th anniversary of the German company.
From the usual M240i ACL2S version is characterized by a special body kit, which consists of reworked bumpers, front carbon fiber splitter, side “skirts”, extended wheel arches and new rear diffuser.
On request can be equipped with tuners coupe or a massive rear wing carbon fiber, or a neat little spoiler on the trunk lid. Installing a full body kit makes the car by 80 mm wider than the standard.
The modification also received an adjustable suspension that allows the driver to understate the ride height by 35-50 mm. RV models flaunt two-tone forged wheels AC Schnitzer AC1, “shod” in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 dimension 235/35 front and 265/30 rear tires.
Inside, BMW M240i ACL2S were aluminum pedals, three-spoke leather steering wheel, sport “buckets” the Recaro company, as well as laser engraved logos, company and special nameplates One of Thirty ( “One of the thirty”).
As part of the art AC Schnitzer specialists crossed the 3.0-liter “turbo” with 340 hp and 500 Nm to 400 power and 600 Nm of torque. To achieve the necessary growth managed by reprogramming the electronic control unit the engine and replacing the intake and exhaust systems.
In total, the studio will release only 30 copies ACL2S modification. For the completion of the car BMW M240i owners have to fork out 35 900 euros. In addition, optionally, you can loosen the electronic speed limiter from the standard 250 km/h to 280 or 300.
